Caspian One release new websites… So what?

This month we’re incredibly excited to be releasing our new websites publicly, and for us as a business, this launch is major news. However, for some people this announcement begs just one question - “so what?”


In this article we hope to answer that question in more detail, with specifics on how our new web presence can benefit everyone across our communities.

On July 11th 2018 we announced the launch of three new websites | capianone.com, caspianone.ca and caspianone-broadcast.com



So what?  - overview

These websites were designed with our clients and candidates in-mind and will provide quick access to vacancies, information on Caspian One, and our market insights; along with the ability to connect your with preferred consultants.


So what?  - search, review and apply to vacancies

Our candidate communities asked for a website that would allow them to access our latest vacancies, with simple search functionality and an easy application process. We have delivered by offering job search features on every page, along with a dedicated ‘Jobs’ section that provides ‘refine search’ capabilities. We have also refined how vacancies are presented, making it easy to see important facts like location and sector.


A traditional form application process is joined by a quick LinkedIn application option - both of which directly correlate with a specific consultant, whose profile is linked to uploaded vacancies.


To ensure you don’t miss opportunities we’ve also provided clear job alert subscription options throughout the website, and even the capability to sign up for an individual recruiter or sectors specific alerts.

So what?  - Information on Caspian One

Clients and hiring professionals we spoke with during market research requested clarity on Caspian One, akin to information typically presented in an RFP.  Working with our consultants, Management teams and Directors, we have been able to create pages on the website that clearly outline who we are, who are people are, what Caspian One’s culture is, what services we provide and which business areas/sectors/technologies/disciplines we specialise in.

Our people share 140 years of combined recruitment experience, and each have a unique perspective on market conditions within their specialist business areas; whether that’s a media technology recruiter with access to a niche community of SRE’s in London, a broadcast consultant who attends OTT meetups and networking events, or a Manager with direct insights on market trends and technological growth areas.


Through our new website and its ‘Knowledge Hub’ we now have the capability to share this experience with our visitors, through regular news items and blogs - along with more detailed guides and resources. In the ‘hub’ we’ll be providing information on events we’re attending, changes in the market and our latest internal updates, plus support materials for both hiring professionals and applicants alike.

So what? - Mobile website and technology

To ensure the best experience for website visitors we’ve worked closely with highly reputable website developers to create a website that loads fast, is highly responsive and importantly, is mobile friendly. All features of our web pages have been refined to work successfully and intuitively on both desktop and mobile devices.
