Architect / Design Engineer - Video Streaming
You will be integral in building customer solutions to enable the monetisation of live & on-demand video streaming.
We are searching for a dynamic architect / design engineer with the proven experience of building a solution for a variety of major broadcasters & content media logo’s.
You will form an integral component of a tight-knit engineering team. This is a ‘can-do’ environment that would suit professionals that require limited direction, especially within region.
This is also a customer facing role with the requirement to conduct customer presentations to technical stakeholders – you will certainly be able to ‘white-board’ a design solution & to a wide audience.
We require the following technical skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of streaming video protocols such as FFmpeg MPEG-DASH & HLS.
- A video workflow specialist with likely experience of CDN & DAI.
- Comfortable within a development environment with software / SDLC methods, e.g. development, build & release
- Project & product management methodologies, Agile, waterfall etc
