This is a considerable opportunity for an ambitious technical & customer facing engineer & leader.
You will head an elite team of solution & sales engineers, including all pre/post sales, product delivery & customer support across the US.
An integral & executive position where your natural & time-served coaching & mentoring skills will enable you to lead & expand an inhouse & remote team.
It is highly likely you will currently be in a similar role or an ambitious manager looking for promotion.
You will need the following experience:
- +6 years of a varied software/SDLC or product development or project / program integration management.
- +4 years coaching / leadership ideally within a hands-on & challenging environment, perhaps from a start-up scenario.
- +5 years client facing & business/commercial awareness – contractually aware with the ability to negotiate & pioneer customer success.
