PreSales - Customer Engineer
You will provide the essential pre & post sales interface, acting as the customer’s end-to-end representative & subject matter expert – you will have the proven capability to be the product suite evangelist, best positioning products & solutions and directly influencing the sale.
Successful applicants will have the following attributes:
- 5+ years experience within OTT / Video live-streaming technology.
- Significant exposure to encode / decode technology – compression, codecs etc.
- Pre-Sales / Solution Architect with the proven ability to translate low-level requirements to the team.
- Complete RFP/RFI & provide POC / demo’s to existing & prospect clients.
- Commercially aware & happy to play a significant part of the sales process.
