At Caspian One I meet and overcome the permanent staffing demands of UK broadcasters and service providers; focused on playout, distribution and live production. Technologies of note include playout automation and MAM systems, DVB standards, MPEG compression technologies and studio systems such as vision mixers, cameras and ‘glue’.

Typical people I work with are mid to senior-level support and systems engineers, whose responsibilities can range anywhere from pure 2nd and 3rd line support, to system integrations and upgrades - all the way to involvement with new projects and new emerging technology.
